01Which car brands do you service?
All European brands (VAG, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Dacia, PSA, Opel, Volvo, Ford), Japanese and Asian brands (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Suzuki). We service cars and light commercial vehicles alike.
02Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking — fill in the form on the site or message us on WhatsApp, and we confirm the date and time by phone or WhatsApp. With 10 work bays, we usually find a slot quickly.
03Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, we work with every insurance company in Romania. We handle the claim file from assessment to handing back the repaired car — see the Insurance Claims page for details.
04How long does a repair take?
It depends on the work — diagnostics start from one hour, a complex mechanical repair 1-2 days, and body/paint work 1-5 days. You get a clear timeline along with the approved quote.
05Do you service company fleets?
Yes — we have a dedicated fleet page, with company invoicing and predictable turnaround for multiple vehicles at once.
06Where are you located?
Strada Mehadia nr. 39, inside the ICEM industrial platform, Sector 6, Crângași, Bucharest. The contact page has buttons that start navigation directly in Google Maps or Waze.
