What to do after an accident
- 01Call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible — we'll guide you from the first minute.
- 02Bring the car in for assessment. If it can't be driven, come to us with the file.
- 03We open the claim file directly with your insurer.
- 04We repair in our own paint booth, with updates along the way.
- 05We hand back the car — clean, checked, with the claim documents.
Documents to bring
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Driving license
- Insurance policy (RCA/CASCO)
- Claim number, if one has already been opened
- Photos of the damage, if you have them
Duration
Duration depends on the extent of the damage and the insurer — usually 3-10 business days once the file is approved.
